*1 PKG. (6OZ) STOVE TOP STUFFING
*4 BONELESS SKINLESS CHICKEN BREAST HALVES
*1 CAN OF CONDENSED(10 3/4)CREAM OF MUSHROOM OR CREAM OF CHICKEN SOUP
*1/3 CUP OF SOUR CREAM
1. STIR STUFFING CRUMBS, CONTENTS OF VEG/SEASONING PACKET, 1 1/2 CUPS OF HOT WATER AND 1/4 CUP MARGARINE, CUT-UP, JUST UNTIL MOISTENED; SET ASIDE.
2. PLACE CHICKEN IN A 12 X 8-INCH BAKING DISH. MIX SOUP AND SOUR CREAM; POUR OVER CHICKEN. TOP WITH STUFFING(I USE AN ICE CREAM SCOOP AND PLACE THE STUFFING AROUND THE EDGE LIKE A PICTURE FRAME).
3. BAKE AT 375 F FOR 35 MINUTES OR UNTIL CHICKEN IS COOKED THROUGH. MAKES 4 SERVINGS AND IS DELICIOUS.
