Recipe: 1 package of a nice mozzerla cheese 1-2 fresh jalopenos grated with seeds 1 cup of garlic & herb bread crumbs 1/2 tsp crushed red pepper 1 tsp garlic powder 1 egg 3 TB milk Cut Mozzerala into bite size pieces mix egg with milk mix rest of ingredients in a med bowl. Dip cheese in egg milk mixture than roll around in the spicy bread crumbs. Deep fry on medium heat until golden brown. Serve with a maranara or ranch dressing It is like cheese sticks but with a kick
