Wash and Skin enough chicken pieces for four people. Place chicken in crockpot. Pour one 32oz. jar of prepared pasta sauce, your choice, over chicken. Add mushrooms, peppers or leave out. Cover crockpot and set dial on low. Cook till all chicken is done. It usually falls off bones if any. Should sauce be too thin add more sauce if desired. Cook your favorite pasta and serve chicken sauce over eack serving. You may want to add some of your own special spices to add more flavor. This recipe can be cooking while you work or shop or just stay at home. Cooking time varies. Try it you may like it. My family grew up on it. |
