Corn Relish

Recipe: Ingredients: 3 cans of whole kernal corn, drained 2 onions, sliced and cut 1/2 bag of raw carrots, sliced 6 jalapeno pepper with seeds, sliced, then halved 2 cups of sugar 1 tsp salt 1&1/2 cup of vinegar 1 tbsp water Combine all ingredients and bring to a boil. Let cook for 3-4 minutes. Remove from pot and chill. Serve with creamn cheese and club crackers. NOTE: I know this may sound like an odd combination, thats exactly what I thought when I read the ingredients. However, I am hooked on this now! Enjoy!!!
