1 graham cracker crust pie form
1/3 C. blueberries
1/2 C. strawberries (halved)
2 8oz. Philadelphia cream cheese
1 8oz. Whip Cream
1/3 C. sugar
1/8 tsp. lemon juice (optional)
Blend together the cream cheese and sugar until whipped. Fold in the whip cream and place in a graham cracker crust form. Chill for 3 hours. Cover top with more whip cream and place blueberries in top left corner with strawberries in rows to make stripes. Enjoy! |
