Taco-stuffed Pasta Shells

Recipe: Ingredients: Jumbo pasta shells-cooked/drained 1 lb. extra-lean ground meat 1 pkg. Ortega Taco seasoning mix 1 cup water 1 can (16oz.) refried beans 1 cup shredded cheese 1 jar salsa 1/4 cup sliced green onions sour cream ________________________________________________________ Directions: Preheat oven to 350. Cook beef in skillet until brown; drain off any excess fat. Add seasoning mix to water, pour into skillet and cook over low heat until thickened. Add beans and cheese; mix well. Spread 1/4 cup salsa over botton of casserole dish. Fill pasta shells with beef mixture; place in casserole dish (filled side up). Spoon remaining salsa over shells. Cover with foil bake in oven for 40-45 minutes. Uncover and sprinkle with green onions and cheese. Serve with sour cream. ENJOY!!!
