6 oz Thin Spaghetti
4 minced garlic clove
4 Tsp olive oil
24 oz shrimp
4 cups broccoli florets
2 cups matchstick raw carrots
sliced green pepper
1 cup beef, chicken broth
4 Tbsp soy sauce
Cook spaghetti according to package.
Sauté garlic in olive oil until soft. Add shrimp cook stirring as needed. Remove from skillet & set aside. Combine broccoli florets & carrots cook stirring until vegetable are softened. Add broth & soy sauce, reserved shrimp & drained pasta; toss to combine & cook until heated throughout.
