1 lb. lean hamburger
1 jar (16 oz) pico de gallo sauce
1 can (28 oz) baked beans
5 slices bacon
1/4 cup barbecue sauce
3 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tbsp. yellow mustard
Fry bacon in skillet until crispy, remove and set aside. Fry hamburger in same skillet until thoroughly browned, drain grease. Add pico de gallo sauce and baked beans, stir well. Add barbecue sauce, brown sugar and mustard, stir well; let simmer for 15-20 minutes. Crumble bacon over top and serve. Delicious with biscuits and a side dish of fresh fruit. |
