1 yellow cake mix
1 can mandarin oranges, juice included
4 eggs
1/2 c oil
1 large Cool Whip
1 box instant vanilla pudding
1 can crushed pineapple, drained
Mix 1st 4 ingredients together well. Bake at 350 degrees fo 30-35 minutes. *can bake in round pans or in 9X13 sheet pan.
Mix last 3 ingredients and spread over cooled cake. Keep cake in refrigerator.
