Ingredients:
3 sweet potatoes with skin on
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp ground pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Cut potatoes into 1 inch slices. Mix oil, salt, pepper and garlic powder into a large bowl. Add potatoes and stir until coated. Bake for 45 minutes.
