Caramel Corn

Recipe: 2 bags of microwave popcorn, 1 stick margarine, 1 cup light brown sugar, 1/4 cup light corn syrup, 1 tsp. baking soda, 1 large brown paper bag Pop the popcorn and place in large brown paper bag. Combine margarine, brown sugar, and syrup in 1 3/4 qt. microwavable dish. Heat on high for 5 minutes, stirring once every 2 1/2 minutes. Stir in baking soda. Mixture will foam! Pour over popcorn in bag and shake. Place bag in microwave and heat on high for 1 minute. Shake, heat 1 more minute, shake. Store in airtight container. (Note: There's no reason this recipe wouldn't work with standard popped popcorn.)
