Apple Sausage Breakfast Ring

Recipe: 2 pounds sausage (use your favorite brand) 2 large eggs, slightly beaten 1&1/2 cups crushed ritz crackers 1 cup grated apples, peeled 1/2 cup minced onion 1/4 cup milk Line a 21/2 quart ring mold with plastic wrap. Combine all ingredients mixing well. Press firmly into mold. Chill overnight. Unmold next day and remove plastic wrap. Place onto a baking sheet with a raised edge. Bake at 350 degree for 1 hour. Transfer onto a platter. Fill center of cooked ring with scrambled eggs. This is a winner with adults and children.
