2 halibut steaks
2/3 c. sour cream
2/3 c. freshly grated parmigiano-reggiano
Preheat oven to 425. Place halibut in foil lined baking pan; sprinkle with salt and spread 1/3 c. of sour cream on top of each halibut. sprinkle with 1/4 tsp. white pepper and 1/3 c. of cheese. Bake until fish begins to flake about 18 minutes. Place under broiler until cheese slightly browns, about 1 minute. Cut each steak along the center bone to separate into 2 servings. Serve with fettucine.
