Ingredients:
1 potatoe
1/2 tomato
a few lettuce leafs
1/2 cup of shreaded Kraft Colby and Jack cheese
Low fat Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing
Baccon Bits / Crumbled Fat and salt free Crackers
Chop the lettuce and tomato to small bite size pieces. Microwave the potatoe for about 5 minutes and 30 second. Then cut the potatoe in half and cut each side up so the potatoe chunks cover the plate. (Salad plate will do) Leave the potatoe peel on, you won't taste it! Cover potatoe with Kraft Colby and Jack shreeded cheese (while the potatoe is still warm so the cheese can melt). Then put the letuce pieces and the pieces of tomato over the cheese. Cover that with Low Fat Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing. Top with Fat free Baccon bits or Salt and Fat free crumbled crackers.
Equals a whole meal also great as a side dish! Please enjoy, I always do!
