4 chicken breasts
1 can cream of mushroom with roasted garlic soup
1/4 cup soy sauce
3/4 cup of water (or chicken stock)
1/2 tsp minced garlic
1 tsp of ground ginger
1/2 tsp oregano
1 TBSP of brown sugar ( more to taste)
Place chicken in slow cooker, combine remanining ingredients, pour over chicken and cook on low for 2 1/2 hours. Uncover and cook for 15 min more. I sometimes brown just the chicken under the broiler and serve over rice.
