2 lb hamburger
1 egg
handfull parmesean cheese
handfull of Itialian bread crumbs (more if meat is to wet)
1 onion finely chopped
3 TB parsley chopped (optional)
fresh ground black pepper
2 cloves of garlic chopped
4-6 medium sized potatoes
Mix all meatloaf ingredietnts until you have a well formed loaf. Spray your crock pot with non stick spray. Cut potatoes into halves, sprinkle with olive oil and garlic powder and place on bottom of crock pot. Place loaf on top of potatoes and set on low. Let cook all day while you are gone and that evening you will have a great, moist, meatloaf.
