Layered Beef, Corn, and potato casserole
you need mashed potatoes, 1 lb of ground beef, an oninon, and 1 can of corn
Make mashed potatoes....I recommend using leftovers from the night before so you don't have to go to all the trouble of making them from scratch...Sautee beef and onion together, drain grease. Place meat mixture in an 8 by 8 by 2 inch baking dish. Pour corn on top of meat (can use mixed peas, carrots, corn...whatever) Spead potatoes over corn. Sprinkle lightly with paprika. Bake for about 30 mins or until heated through. |
