Try this next time you fry hamburgers. Take a sleeve of crackers and put in a plastic bag and roll them into cracker crumbs.
Make you hamburger patties as you normally do and then press them into the cracker crumbs and fry.
Do not use cracker meal and do not grill.
The cracker crumbs make them moist and really good.
