Crunchy Chicken

Recipe: aprox 1 lb boneless, skinned chicken breasts 1 cup Pepperidge Farm Dry Cornbread dressing Pam Spray (or equivalent) spray 9 x 13 pan clean chicken breasts, pat dry. Roll cornbread dressing into crumbs (easy, just use zip-lock sandwich bag and roll a can over it) bread chicken breasts with crumbs and place in pan, sprinkle remaining crumbs over top of chicken in pan. Lightly spray top of chicken; place in pre-heated 350 deg oven for approximately 20 - 25 minutes.
