3 eggs
1 cup milk
2 cups of flour
1 Tbs sugar
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
Powder Sugar
Beat eggs and milk together. Add other items and beat with wire wisk. Batter will turn into a mix similiar to pancake mix.Make sure there are no lumps in the batter. Pour the mix unto the deep fryer using small but steady stream of mix into squiggly lines to form a large circle.While its frying the lines will stick together. let cook until light golden . Flip over and let it cook make sure it des not break apart. Take out and sprinkle with Powder sugar or chocolate syrup, blueberry syrup, Nuetella chocolate, strawberry syrup. VOILA! |
