EASY MAKE AHEAD BREAKFAST CASSEROLE
1 lb. Sausage (mild or hot)
6 slices of bread ,cubed
1 cup grated cheese
6 eggs
2 cups milk
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. mustard
1/4 tsp pepper
In a skillet, crumble and cook sausage until brownd. Drain off excess fat. spray 9x13 in. pan with cooking spray and line the bottom with bread cubes. Top with sausage and cheese. In a bowl, combine eggs, milk and seasonings. beat well and pour over the layers in dish. Cover and refridgerate over night. Bake 350* oven for 30-45 min. This recipe serves 6-8, but can be easily halved for smaller portions |
