Recipe: 1lb lean gr. beef 1/2 cup oats 1 egg 1 tsp chili powder 1/2 tsp salt 1 tbs instant minced onion 16 oz jar thick and chunky salsa( I use chi-chi fiesta medium)use any mild to hot 4oz shredded cheddar or monterey jack cheese preheat oven to 375 mix meat,oats,egg 1/4 c salsa,chili powder,salt. shape into 4 mini loaves bake.bake 25 min. heat remaining sauce spoon some over each and sprinkle with cheese return to oven to melt cheese. Goes great with mashed potatoes and the remaining sauce can be used to top potatoes if so desired
