Puerto Rico Flan (Cream Cheese Custard)

Recipe: 1 can Evaporated Milk,1 can Eagle Sweetened Condensed Milk,1 pkg.Philadephia Cream Cheese,2tsp.Vanilla,5 whole eggs,5 Yolks.Take these ingred.in blender and mix.Set aside.Now to make the carmel:1/2 c Sugar,1/2 c Brown Sugar, 1/3 Water.Boil until sugar melts and turns thick and shiny.Make sure its on Med. the stove.You will need a 9 in. pan to pour the mixture of the carmel on the bottom first.Let stand for 20 min.Take the 1st mixture and pour into the pan with the carmel.Get a pan bigger then the one with the mixture and put that pan under the other pan.so you have the bigger pan on the bottom and the 9 inch pan inside that one.Carefully put some water inside the big pan.Be careful that the water doesn't mix in with the mixture.Put everything in the oven at 375 for 45-60 minutes.To make sure it's done, stick a toothpick in and if it come out clean then its done.If not leave for another 10 minutes.If the top cooks before the inside just cover it with foil.Take out,cool for 30 min.,cut along the edges find a cake dish.Take out the the 9 in. pan and flip it over to the cake dish.Refrigator 2 hrs..Serve
