Wild Half-Time Casserole

Recipe: 6 ounce package Uncle Ben's wild rice mix; 1/2 cup chopped onion; 1/2 cup chopped celery; 2 tablespoons butter; 1 can condensed beef-mushroom soup; 1/2 cup Onion sour cream; 1/3 cup white wine; 1/2 teaspoon curry powder; 1 1/2 pounds chopped beef, cooked. Prepare rice to package instructions. Cook onion and celery in butter until limp. Stir in soup, sour cream, wine and curry. Stir in cooked meat and rice and place in ovenproof casserole. Bake, uncovered 35 to 40 minutes. Stir before serving. If desired top with a can of French Fried onions 5 minutes before removing from oven.
