1 lb Velveeta Cheese...2 Boxes Confectioner's Sugar...1 Stick Margarine...1 Cup Cocoa...1 Cup Coarsely chopped Pecans.---Melt Velveeta and margarine over low heat...Add confectioner's sugar, cocoa and nuts...spread into a 9by13 pan and chill...cut into small cubes....This is a very rich fudge and you'd never guess the base is cheese.
