Kahlua Fudge

Recipe: 1 1/3 cups sugar; 1 - 7 or 8 oz marshmallow; 1/4 cup butter; 2/3 cup evaporated milk; 1/4 cup Kahlua; 2 tablespoons coffee granules; 12 oz. chocolate chips; 1 teaspoon vanilla; 1 cup walnut or pecan halves. Put sugar, marshmellows, butter, milk, Kahlua and coffee gradules into saucepan over medium heat. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Boil for 5 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in chocolate chips, vanilla and nuts. Pour into an 8 inch, foil lined pan. Refrigerate until firm. Cut into squares and wrap each piece in plastic wrap. Store in the refrigerator.
