Ingredients:
2 1/4 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/8 tsp. salt
1 c. butter, softened
1/4 c. sugar
3/4 c. packed brown sugar
1 small pkg. instant vanilla pudding mix (or any flavor you want)
2 eggs
1 pkg. (12 oz) Nestle Toll House Semi-Sweet Chocolate Morsels
1/4 c. chopped walnuts (optional)
Directions:
Heat oven to 350°F. In a large mixing bowl, cream butter, sugar, brown sugar, pudding mix and eggs. Stir in baking soda and flour. Add chocolate morsels and nuts. Drop dough by heaping teaspoons 2" apart onto ungreased cookie sheets. Bake at 350°F. for 8 to 10 minutes. |
