Bean Dip

Recipe: 1 can refried beans 1 package of cream cheese (softened) 1 can chopped green chilies 1 pkg taco seasoning mix 1/2 tub of sour cream 1-2 jalapeno peppers (chopped very fine) 1/2 to 3/4 cup of scallions (chopped very fine) 20 drops of Tobasco sauce About 2-3 cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese Mix the beans and cream cheese until well blended. Then add 1/2 can of chilies (more if you like), taco mix, sour cream, chopped jalapeno peppers and scallions and mix well. Add in the drops of Tobasco sauce to taste. In a 9" pie dish, layer half of the bean mixture followed by half of the cheese. Repeat. Bake at 350 degrees for about 20-25 minutes or until the Cheese is bubbling. Serve warm with Tortilla chips for dipping. Get it quickly because once it comes out of the oven it just seems to disappear!
