Cranberry Bourbon Ribs

Recipe: 4 pounds baby back beef ribs; Salt and pepper as desired; 1-1/2 cups cranberry-orange relish; 1/2 cup of good bourbon; 2 cups Frensh's mild barbecue sauce; 3 cloves garlic; 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger. Season ribs to taste. Place in one layer in large baking pan and cover tightly with foil. Bake for one hour at 325 degrees. Combine all remaining ingredients and whisk together. Remove foil from ribs and drizzle with half of the sauce. Continue baking, uncovered for 30 minutes, basting half way through. Turn oven to broil. Baste ribs with half of the remaing sauce and broil 10 to 12 minutes, turning and basting at least once during broiling. Serve with remaining sauce.
