4 skinless boneless chicken breasts, 1 cup rice, 2 cups water, one jar of your perffered salsa, 2-3 cups shreded cheese. Put the chicken in a pan the add rice around then add water put the salsa over top of chicken and rice. Cook on 350 degrees for about an hour to an hour in a half, until chicken is done then add the cheese at the end and cook till the cheese is melted. |
