2 large bags frozen California Mix Vegetables (broccoli,cauliflower,carrots); 2 sticks butter; 1 lb Velveeta cheese; 1 package Ritz crackers, crushed
Cook vegetables for 3 minutes. Drain,and put into 13x9 pan.
Melt the butter and velveeta cheese in pot until well blended. Pour on top of vegetables.Crush Ritz in large sealed baggie & sprinkle on top of cheese. Bake uncovered in 350 oven for 45 minutes. |
