2 1/2lb. beef chuck roast; 2 onions,chopped;
6 carrots,chopped(or small bag); 8 medium potatoes(about 2 cups cut up);1 Campbell's Beef Consume Soup; 2 Campbell's Tomato Soup; 1 Cream of celery soup; 1 tablespon brown sugar
Trim fat off roast & cut meat into 1-inch pieces.Sprinkle with brown sugar, and also salt & pepper. Put into a covered dutch oven pot and add all vegetables + soups.
Bake at 350 for 3-4 hours. Do not open pot or stir until done. Enjoy! |
