Oyster Stuffed Eggs

Recipe: 1/2 cup canned smoked oysters (any extra in can may be frozen), 1/2 teaspoon finely chopped shallots, 1/2 teaspoon curry powder, Salt and Pepper, 2 teaspoons mayonnaise, Soft Butter, 6 hard boiled eggs, Puree oysters in a blender or food processor. Add shallots, seasonings and mayonnaise and stir into a paste. Combine the paste with the sieved yolks of the eggs and work in a small amount of butter. Fill the whites and sprinkle with paprika.
