Recipe: |
you will need:
1 box thin spaghetti or rotini noodles
jar of Ragu sauce(i use mushroom flavor)
1 pound ground beef
diced green pepper
1 container diced mushrooms
2 tblsp oregano
1 cup parmeasan cheese
mozarella cheese
1 clove garlic
1 bunch green onion
brown beef till done, drain grease. Set aside in bowl.
Add tblsp olive oil to hot skillet. Add pressed garlic, snipped green onions, diced green pepper and oregano. Stir till flavors blend, about 2 minutes, add meat back to skillet along with parmeasean cheese & ragu sauce. Stir till heated through. Boil spaghetti in water with tsp olive oil till cooked. Mix sauce mixture and spaghetti together in large stoneware cooking bowl. Heat oven to 375 degrees. Top with mozarella cheese and let cook till cheese bubbles. Serve with a salad and garlic bread.
