Choclate covered macaroons

Recipe: 3/4 cup sugar 1/2 cup egg whites(about 3 eggs) 3/4 pound sweetened or flaked coconut 4 ounces semi sweet choclate Heat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all ingredients together except the choclate. Use small ice cream scoop or spoon and spoon out on cookie sheet leaving 2 inches space between each cookie. Cook 10-12 minutes.Let cool completely Remove from pan and dip bottom of cookie in melted choclate.Place cookie back on pan and let cool. 20 servings prep time 10 minutes cook time 15 minutes
