Salsa Dip
1.5 lbs of ground beef
1 lb. processed cheese (Velveeta) cubed
1 (16oz) jar salsa
1 bag tortilla chips
Brown ground beef and drain off excess fat. Put in crock pot and add remaining ingredents. Cook on low 3-4 hours.
*Use hot or mild salsa....it's up to you!* |
