Spicy Potato Soup

Recipe: Spicy Potato Soup 1 pound ground beef (I substitute stew meat) 4 cups cubed, peeled potatoes 1 onion 3 cans (8 oz. Each) tomato sauce 4 cups water 2 tsp. salt 1 ½ tsp. pepper ½ to 1 tsp. tobasco sauce In a Dutch over or large kettle, brown ground beef (or stew meat). Drain. Add potatoes, onion, and tomato sauce. Stir in water, salt, pepper, and tobasco sauce; bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 1 hour or until the potatoes are tender and the soup has thickened. Yield: 6-8 servings
