Recipe: |
1C. butter(softened), 1/2C. powdered sugar, 2C. chopped pecans, 3tsps. vanilla, 1/2tsp. salt, 2C. flour
Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Cream butter with sugar until light and fluffy. Add salt, vanilla and nuts. Mix well.
Gradually add flour, mixing well. Using teaspoonful for each cookie,shape into crescent. Place on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake for 15 minutes. Do not brown. Cool on rack.
Roll in confectioner's sugar. |
