Recipe: |
3+1/2C. flour, 3C. sugar, 2tsp. salt, 1tsp. cinnamon,
1tsp. nutmeg, 1C. vegetable oil, 4eggs slightly beaten,
2/3c. water,2C. solid pack pumpkin
Pre-heat oven to 325 degrees.
Mix flour,sugar,soda,salt,cinnamon,and the nutmeg.
Add oil,eggs,water,and pumpkin.Mix well.
Pour into 3(9x5")loaf pans.Bake for 50-60 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. |
