Recipe: 1 galon apple juice,1C. brown sugar,12"broken cinnamon sticks,2tsp.whole cloves,2tsps.whole allspice,7tsps.orange peel. Put all spices in cheesecloth and tie.In pot put apple juice and brown sugar.Stir.Bring to boil and reduce heat. Add spice bag and simmer for 15-20 minutes.Remove bag. Serve with cinnamon stick stirrer.Makes 16(8oz)servings. Alternate method: Put spice bag in top of perculator with apple juice and brown sugarin perculator pot.Let pot perk as usual,and serve when hot.
