Roasted Pumpkin Seeds

Recipe: 2 cups pumpkin seeds, unwashed 1 1/2 teaspoons Worchestershire sauce 1 1/2 tablespoons butter, melted 1 1/2 teaspoons seasoned salt First clean the pumpkin seeds of any strings of pumpkin, but do not wash them. Melt butter in small bowl and mix with wor. sauce and salt. Stir in pumpkin seeds and coat them well with mixture. Spread them evenly on a cookie sheet and bake about 1 hour on 250 degrees or until dry and golden brown... stirring about every 15 minutes to prevent burning. Store in ziploc bag. They are VERY good!
