Recipe: Shrimp Jambalaya 1 Pound boneless chicken breasts -- cubed 1 Pound smoked sausage -- sliced 1 Pound cooked shrimp 28 Ounces crushed tomatoes 1 Medium onion -- chopped 1 green pepper -- chopped 1 Cup chicken broth 1/2 Cup white wine 2 Teaspoons oregano 2 Teaspoons parsley 2 Teaspoons cajun seasoning 1 Teaspoon cayenne pepper 2 Cups rice -- cooked Place all ingredients except shrimp and rice in crockpot. Cover; cook on low for 6-8 hours. Stir in rice and shrimp; cover; cook on high for 15 minutes.
