2 boxes confectioners sugar....1 stick butter or margarine....1 can Sweetened condensed milk...1 qt. chopped pecans...1 tsp vanilla...1/2 pkg coconut...3/4 block paraffin...1 pkg (12oz) semi-sweet chocolate chips...Mix first 6 ingredients: roll into small balls and chill....Meanwhile melt in double boiler 3/4 block paraffin and chocolate chips...After the balls have chilled, dip with toothpick into the chocolate/paraffin mixture and place on waxed paper in refirgerator to cool...You can substitute 2 Tbsp Crisco shortening for the Paraffin. Store in the refrigerator. These maek wonderful hostess, teacher gifts for the holidays. |
