1 (12oz) pkg. semi-sweet morsels....1 Tbsp butter....1 (14oz) sweetened condensed milk....dash of salt....1 1/2 tsp vanilla....1 bag mimi marshmellows....1 cup chopped walnuts or pecans....Melt morsels, butter, condensed milk and vanilla over low heat....Add salt....Add nuts then marshmellows, do not completely melt the marshmellows....spread on 9by13 pan sprayed with non-stick spray. Chill for 2 1/2 hours....cut into bite sized pieces...This is great for hostess and teacher gifts for the holidays, just put in a decorative tin and your set. |
