Recipe: |
one lb ground beef (needs to have some fat-i use 82%),
one small onion (diced),
4 or 5 small potatoes (sliced 1/4" with skin on),
3 cans of peas and juice.
*crumble beef and onion into crockpot, layer in the potatoes, then top with peas and juice. salt and pepper to taste. cook all day-do not stir. cheap, easy and tasty. |
