8 slices bacon
8 ears of corn, cleaned
1/4 cup chili powder
Wrap a bacon slice around each ear of corn; place each on a separate sheet of aluminum foil. Sprinkle with chili powder and wrap in foil. Cook, covered with grill lid, over medium-hot coals (or in oven at 350-400 degrees) for 15-20 minutes, turning once. |
