1 lb hamburger
1 medium onion
1 small bag grated cheese
jalapenos
2 pkgs Jiff cornbread mix
2 cans cream style corn
Brown hamburger and onion together, drain. Mix cornbread as directed on pkg and add cream corn. Layer half of cornbread mix in 13X9 pan, then put hamburger and as many jalapenos as you like, then the cheese and the rest of the cornbread mixture on top. Bake at 350 degrees for about 1 hour or until golden brown. |
