18 eggs
1 pound ground sausage browned
1 onion chopped (optianal)
1 bell pepper chopped (optional)
1/2 pound shredded cheader cheese
1/2-1 quart milk
6-8 slices bread
Put the eggs in a bowl and beat them then add milk as if making french toast beat. set aside. in a 9 by 13 baking dish spray with nonstick cooking spray lay bread flat on the bottom surface cover with sausage onion and bell pepper pour egg mixture over the top sprinkle cheese over it set in the fridge for an hour or overnight. bake at 350 for 45 minutes or until center is done a knife will come out clean serve or freeze for future use.salt and pepper to taste |
