When we found out my husband was getting deployed to Iraq it was indeed hard to swallow the fact that he was leaving for one whole year. As i continued to go to a church we had been invited to things didn't seem so hard for me. I realized then that God was in control and He would send my husband back to us. Our two children and i prayed every night to God to keep him safe. After hearing the horrible stories of escaping gun fire i knew God indeed did keep my husband safe. As crazy as it may sound to anyone when you make God your focus in life everything else doesn't seem as that big of a deal. May God Bless you and your families
