Brave men and women go go off to fight not seeing the enemy who hides out of sight They cannot show how much they're scared with enemies in the trees and bombers in the air They see people get shot every day and hope that they don't go that way Before they go to sleep they kneel down and pray that they won't get killed the very next day. *I wrote this back when I was in Gr. 8 for a Veteran's Day Ceremony.
